Public in Westnile Urged to Freely Exercise Their Rights at Voting Centers

As Ugandans above the voting age Prepare to Vote their Leaders at different Levels starting with the Presidential & Parliamentary Positions, Members of the Public have been urged to go and exercise their rights at voting centres without any worry as security team will be in control.

 

This call was made by the Uganda Police Force's Public Relations Officer for Greater West Nile Region SP Angucia Josephine while she was hosted yesterday Friday 08th/01/2021 for a 1hr and 30mins radio talkshow on Voice of life Fm radio in Arua from 8:00pm to 9:30pm.

 

She was hosted alongside NRM MP Candidate for Arua City Central Mr Atima Jackson & His Campaign Manager Plus Cordinator, NUP MP Candidate Mr Hadad Salim and His Campaign Manager.

 

The Guests sensitized the community on how to attain safe and violence free elections as Emphasis were made on mutual respect for one another, total obedience to law and order, adherence to electoral guidelines and Practicing SOPs.

 

Many callers thanked the team for the program which was in the local language (lugbarati) and all their questions were appropriately answered!
