The Chieftaincy Of Military Intelligence (CMI) has arrested Howard Jakernga Openjuru.
Howard is alleged to be the leader of the rebel group, Uganda Homeland Liberation Force (UHLF) , the group that attacked the Zombo detach in July 2021.
Chimpreports reports that he was arrested in Njeru, jinja by a CMI agent on Saturday evening.
Following his Facebook page, Howard was last seen hosting a live video yesterday 14th October 2021 at around 5.00pm.
He has of late been an active user of the social media platform where he passed his anti – government messages to whoever cares.
