There has been heated debate between music fans from Northern Uganda over the music battle between their two music giants; Pato Loverboy and Eddy Wizzy.
Pato Loverboy threw in the punch right after the Northern Uganda Music Awards (NUMA) crowned Eddy Wizzy as Male Artist of the Year. Pato who won Overall Artist Of the Year felt he deserved both accolades; therefore daring Eddy Wizzy to man-up and battle him if he truly deserves to take the Male Artist of the year. Eddy later accepted to battle Pato, however, this can only be possible after his concert in MAY this year.
Eddy Wizzy’s remaks of acceptance has sent potential sponsors and promoters into a boom, since this is one of the events that can have high return on investments. Many have begun throwing in their Bid proposals to win the rights to organize this battle.
However, the money they are proposing for the artists are pennants according to Pato Loverboy’s manager, Maneja Jude Kukume.
Jude has now set UGX 50,000,000 as the price for any promoter or sponsor who wants Pato on stage for the battle.
The money should be paid in advance to Pato Loverboy’s account.
