Mugulusi swalik populary known as Panic Bruce is a ugandan performing & recording artist as well as Guitarist  born on 20th July 2001 in Jinja city.

He started running his music career in 2021 during the covid-19 lock down period by realising his first singles such as Mukwano & later released songs like Dear Mutima, Love absent among others 

In 2023, Panic Bruce founded a music group known as "Prayers' Power Music" / Pp and signed many talented boys and girls such as dancers, commedian, artists and back-up artists among others.

Prayers' Power Music inspired many youth in kampala and it's now emerging into big deal in Music Industry of Uganda covering parts of Mukono, Jinja and more
