The Military court yesterday failed to grant Eddie and Nubian Li bail among the 17 NUP supporters that were granted bail.
The 17 were arrested last year around December in Kalangala during the Presidential campaigns of Robert Kyagulanyi.
Makindye Court-Martial presided over by Lieutenant General Andrew Gutti says the 17 granted bail were reported ill and needed medical attention outside the prison.
The group which had 48 people was first paraded before the Masaka high court where they were granted bail but later paraded before the court martial on grounds that they possessed ammunition a preserve of the Defense forces.
Eddie Mutwe and Nubian Li remains among those praying for bail as they were denied are expected to appear in the court again on June 8th for another bail hearing.
