Ofoymungu Bright famously known by his stage name Slay East is a very fast rising Alur artiste born on 17th July 2002 in Kiryatete West a suburb in Hoima city.

He went to Premier secondary School for his ordinary level education and thereafter joined Mandela secondary School for Advanced level of education. He went and did a short musical course at Kampala music school.

He started Music in 2020 after being strongly inspired by Beenie Gunter to join dancehall music.

He's currently signed under Fresh Talent Music managed by Bobby Events Management.
