Real Name: Ojara Francis Stage Name: Babbling Man Occupation: Songwriter and Singer Ojara Francis popularly known as Babbling Man is a young talented upcoming artiste from Northern Uganda. Babbling Man started moulding his music career in 2018 with the aim of becoming one of most rated musicians admired by people. Apparently, Babbling Man founded a record label called BIG TUNE ENTERTAINMENT CREW which he is the president of the crew. He told the website he has no manager yet but he looking someone who is willing to help push his music career into another level.
