Dramani Ronald popularly known as " PLB" is a Ugandan song writer, singer and performer who hails from Oluadri, Manibe State, Arua City. He attended P.1 to P.7 at Ombaci Primary school and later joined Technical institution and currently he is a professional Engineer. He started music on 2015 and was signed to Rogotta Vampire Music.
