Crystal Philipsc is a Ugandan dancehall artist born in pakwach raised in the ghetto of Kampala commonly known as kamwokya-kyebando zone,started his music career at high school. Inspired by dancehall artist from Uganda such at peter miles ,bebecool, mr wyre,naziz from Kenya.
