Okello Moses professionally known by stage name Moyze Rilley is a dance hall Rapper, an Artist from Northern Uganda(Born on 11.08.2000)
 He went to Oyam progressive P/s, Ikwera boys p/s and sat for PLE at Ololango P/S in Apac.
He attended O level from Akalo so and sat for UCE at Chegere ss Apac.
He later joined  Haps Soundz records started learning music production. 
During Childhood, he had undying love for music.
Started as a dance but later joined music officially in 2020 as he saw there was a need to uplift music higher in his region.
