Jordan Signal alias Angutoko Jordan is a westnile artist haling from Maracha. 

He is the fourth born to Candiru Anna and Candia Jino. He studied in Arua Primary School and Arua Secondary School. 

Jordan Signal is a versatile artist who speaks and sings in English, Luganda, Lugbara and Swahili languages. 

He is an optimistic artist who started singing in 2022 till date as a solo artist.
