Biography

Nebbi Catholic Diocese Choir is an organized group of singers hailing from the different parts of the Greater Nebbi ie ; Zeu, Warr, Kango, Atyak (Sub parish), ZOMBO, Nyapea, Pakadha, Paidha, Nebbi, Parombo, Panyimur, Angal, Erusi, Pakwach, Wadelai, Oleppi, Rhonocamp and Ragem ( third mass Choir) among others. This association came to its strength following the inspiration brought by The Late Rev. Fr. Athocon (Makambo) who in his pastoral work across the diocese trained various choirs, encouraged them to unite as well as imparting the gospel. This brought in many people into the association, which is still as strong as it was or even more than its innitial star.

Nebbi Catholic Diocese Choir holds annual Singing Course once in a year, often in ate January hosted in selected venues ( one parish after the other).

Our prayer is that GOD KEEPS US UNITED TO SPREAD HIS WORDS THROUGH HYMNS.
