Eye witnesses say Ronald Sebulime, the man who was shot and killed on Sunday was unarmed, had surrendered and was handcuffed when he was shot dead, residents of Nagojje In Mukono district confirmed to Ntv yesterday.
However, Police Spokesperson Fred Enanga says Ssebulime’s accomplice who got away was armed.
He also says the number plate on the motorcycle Ronald Ssebulime used was fake.
