Reports coming in shows that Mapenzy management and Phantom Elly have reached a management deal.
Phantom Elly is Nebbi born artist currently basing in Kampala.
According to the deal paper, the artist will be under Mapenzy for a period of 10 months.
Elly is one of the promising upcoming artists in Alur music that could hit the breakthrough this year.
He already has a new song titled 'Chor Kago' under this new management.
