Otim Willian Oyet alias Bosmic Otim, a music artist from Northern Uganda who was appointed as the People Power Deputy youth for wing Northern Uganda is being detained at Uganda Police.
Bosmic was arrested yesterday afternoon by Gulu police over holding an illegal assembly around Cereleono market in Gulu.
According to sources Bosmic Otim was arrested and driven to Gulu Central Police Station.

Patrick Okema also says that the initial charge of holding illegal assembly has been sanctioned by the Resident State Attorney and Bosmic is ready to appear in Court
Bosmic early this year eluded arrest for holding an illegal really at Gulu Main Market and he has been at large. Three of his members (organisers) were charged and remanded at Gulu Central Prison.
