Delisha Anywarach is in the headlines after being crowned the first runner up Junior Top Model & Inspirational Model Africa in the just concluded Next Little Top Model 2026/2027 held in Kampala, an event that saw the younger sis Davina crowned Darling of the Crowd & Tiny Top Model of Africa.
While giving her speech during the Grand finale, 9 years old Delisha Anywarach, a P.5 Pupil of Kampala Parents' School hailing from the lovely Alur land carrying the richness of Culture, and the values of westnile community said she joined the the Next Little Top Model to gain confidence, inspire her fellow young children so that they can believe in themselves.
Delisha is passionate about Singing,Dancing, Modelling, and Fashion Design aspires to be a Lawyer & a strong advocate for Children's right.
"Iam ready to use my knowledge in protecting every child from harm and creating an opportunity for them to learn" - Delisha said.
The Africa Next Little Top Model 2026/2027 had participants from Nigeria, South Sudan, Botswana, south Africa & Uganda as the host Country with the Queens boot camping for a week from 28th August 2026 till the Grand finale in September 2026 in Kampala.
Delisha's role model is Anok Yai, the highest paid model in the world hailing from South Sudan.
West Nile Xposed Media Ltd has learnt that, Delisha who loves being on the runways previously participated in fashion shows like The Kids Fantasy Fair, Ekiikumba Fashion, Baby and Kids Expo among others.
She has deep love for fashion designing as she uses local & eco-friendly materials such as polythene bags to come up with her designs.
Delisha Anywarach Piker is among the kids of Lovely Fauzia & Hon Anywarach Joshua Carter, former MP of Padyere County in Nebbi District.
