Feni is widely celebrated as the founder and CEO of Eurogold Refinery SMC Ltd, the first wholly Ugandan owned gold refinery which was officially commissioned by President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni last year. Hailing from Arua City, Mungu Feni has played a transformative role in domestic gold refining and Value addition.
Under his leadership, Eurogold Refinery Ltd has expanded beyond Uganda with Branches in Dubai to serve international markets.
