Parton had been silent ever since the release of her single 'Love Doctar' that did not do so well for her.
‘’Kwo Para’’ is an Alur word that means 'My Life' in English.
Sources reveal that, Parton released the song to hit at stalkers who have kept on discussing her negatively.
