On Sunday 17th September 2023, Mungufeni Foundation donated scholastic materials to Ministry of Victory ahead of the 3rd term which began this week on Monday 18th September 2023. These donations came as a result of the request for scholastic materials support to MFF at the beginning of second term 2023.
“Mungufeni Foundation is passionate about children and their education as part of our mission and we look forward to seeing that the most vulnerable children and orphans have access to scholastic materials”, said the Managing Director – Mungufeni Foundation, Mrs. Agayo Lillian Mundua, who handed over the materials to the management of Ministry of Victory.
Mrs, Asizu Victoria, The CEO - Ministry of Victory thanked Mungufeni Foundation and alluded that, this donation will relieve them from immense pressure that would be at hand if they had to send the children back to school without scholastic materials. She appreciated Mungufeni Foundation and promised that, all the donated items will be put into their rightful use by the children under their supervision.
This colorful event was Graced by His Worship, The Mayor of Arua Central Division who was represented by The Deputy Mayor Arua Central Division, Hon. Dratibi Jackson who is also head of Government Business in the Division. He was accompanied by the Hon. Hamid Salim Mugisha, the Male Councilor Tangayika Ward and Hon. Ayikoru Sally, the Female Councilor Tanganyika Ward.
